It identifies an area of the District where there are additional controls over the subdivision of land so as to avoid adversely affecting existing geothermal electricity general activities. This data was created to help resolve an appeal by Contact Energy on the Proposed District Plan in approximately 2005.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>District Plan data can only be changed through a Plan Change process under the Resource Management Act. It will be reviewed as part of future comprehensive reviews of the District Plan. The Policy team is responsible for the updating of this data.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
