It identifies an area of the district where there are additional controls over the development of residential or accommodation activities so as to avoid adversely affecting geothermal electricity general activities.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>District Plan data can only be changed through a Plan Change process under the Resource Management Act.
