It identifies an area of the district where there are additional controls over the development of residential or accommodation activities so as to avoid adversely affecting geothermal electricity general activities.</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>District Plan data can only be changed through a Plan Change process under the Resource Management Act. It will be reviewed as part of future comprehensive reviews of the District Plan. The Policy team is responsible for the updating of this data.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
