Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This dataset joins the </span><a href='https://data.linz.govt.nz:443/layer/51571-nz-parcels/' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>LINZ NZ Parcels </span></a><span>dataset with Taupō District Council's rates database, displaying the Valuation ID, Certificate of Title, Rates Unique ID, Legal Description &amp; Supplementary Legal information for a LINZ Parcel ID. Duplicate parcels ID’s represent cases where the parcel is attributed with two or more rating Valuation ID’s.
