Service Description: <div style='text-align:Left;'><div><div><p><span>This dataset joins the LINZ </span><a href='https://data.linz.govt.nz:443/layer/50804-nz-property-titles/' style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>NZ Property Titles </span></a><span>dataset with Taupō District Council's rates database, displaying the Valuation ID and the Rates Unique ID for a Certificate of Title or Titles. Titles can be amalgamated into a rating unit with a single Valuation ID. Alternatively, a single Title can be attributed with different rating plates depending on differing rateable characteristics within that Title. Care should be taken when interpreting Rateable Property information from this layer as it is not an exhaustive representation of the Taupō District Council rating database. Duplicate parcels ID’s represent cases where the parcel is attributed with two or more rating Valuation ID’s. Updates are synced with this dataset weekly from LINZ and every 24 hours from the Taupō District Council rates database.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
